KismetTag facilitates communication between item owners and finders. We are not responsible for:
- The actual return of any lost item.
- The condition of returned items.
- Any interactions, meetings, or negotiations between users.
- Theft, fraud, or misuse of the platform by any party.
- Any physical harm or property damage resulting from user interactions.
- Any data loss or service interruption.
Users assume all risk when choosing to meet or communicate with strangers.
The KismetTag service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by individual owners and finders. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service for any commercial purposes without express written permission from KismetTag. Scraping, data mining, or using automated systems to extract data from KismetTag is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use KismetTag for any illegal purpose. The following actions will result in immediate ban:
- Harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior.
- Spam or fraudulent messages.
- Attaching tags to illegal goods or stolen property.
- Using the platform for phishing or social engineering.
- Attempting to extract personal information from other users.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability.
- That the service will meet your specific requirements.
- That notifications will be delivered successfully.
The KismetTag name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary. Generated QR codes are for personal use in conjunction with our service only.
These terms are governed by applicable international law and the jurisdiction where KismetTag operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
